Returning Procedure Explained

To return an item, please, follow this procedure:

  1. Request a RMA (Return Authorization Code)  by log in to Your Account and select the order/item you would like to return. Alternatively, if you don’t have an account with us, please, fill in our RMA request form.
  2. You will get an email from our team with an RMA authorization code, documentation, and instructions.

If you are sending the item back using our pre-paid shipping label, then:

  1. Print the documents received. One copy of the shipping label + three copies of the returning invoice.
  2. Pack the item, and attach all required documents to the outside of the parcel. Ensure the parcel is properly packed.
  3. A collection should be scheduled by default on your address. Contact the courier to re-schedule or just drop the item at their nearest drop point.

Otherwise, if you are sending the items using your own courier:

  1. Write down the RMA Auth code received as the Shipment Reference or Main Description.
  2. For international returns outside EUROPE, please indicate on package “RETURNED MERCHANDISE, NO DUTIES”
  3. Do not include any commercial invoice/value on the parcel. Mark the shipment as a RETURN, with NO COMMERCIAL INVOICE / VALUE
  4. Pack the item and send it to our warehouse using your own courier. Find shipping info below

Products must be returned in new condition (no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe; no visible creases or stretch marks on belts), and with the original packaging. Items with custom engraved / embroidered initials are not eligible for a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Returned merchandise that does not meet our return requirements will not be refunded or shipped back. You will be able to collect rejected merchandise from our warehouse for the next 15 days after receiving our rejection email.
