Returning Merchandise

You may apply for a full refund by sending the product back to our warehouse. Once the item has been received and your refund has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be refunded through the same method of payment you used to pay for the order. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Customers will need to bear the associated returning shipping costs. For convenience (and if aplicable) an UPS electronic shipping label may be provided by Animas Code, so you can easily return your item to us, however, returning shipping cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount. Please, if you would like to use this service, please ask our team.

Products must be returned in new condition (no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe; no visible creases or stretch marks on belts), and with the original packaging. Items with custom engraved / embroidered initials are not eligible for a refund. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges, for example, due to bad fitting. However, if you want to exchange an article for a different size, you must return the item first and apply for a refund, with the exact same procedure described before. Once the returning procedure is fulfilled, the amount will be refunded back to you with in-store credit. Then you will be able to place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Returning Procedure Explained

To return an item, please, follow this procedure:

  1. Request a RMA (Return Authorization Code)  by log in to Your Account and select the order/item you would like to return. Alternatively, if you don’t have an account with us, please, fill in our RMA request form.
  2. You will get an email from our team with an RMA authorization code. If aplicable, you will also receive a UPS pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Print the documents, pack the item, and attach them to the parcel. Ensure the parcel is properly packed.
  4. Send the item back to our warehouse. If you are using our returning shipping label, just drop the item at the nearest UPS drop-off location.

Please, make sure you follow ALL the points below to qualify for a refund.  Failure to do so might result on extra import dutties on our side, which will be deducted from your refund

  • For international returns outside EUROPE, please indicate on package “RETURNED MERCHANDISE, NO DUTIES”. Do not include any commercial invoice/value on the parcel. Mark the shipment as a RETURN, with NO COMMERCIAL INVOICE / VALUE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, usually on the same day
Returned merchandise that does not meet our return requirements will not be refunded or shipped back. You will be able to collect rejected merchandise from our warehouse for the next 15 days after receiving our rejection email.
